6 dl de natas&lt;br /&gt;1 gota de corante alimentar verde&lt;br /&gt; chocolate derretido q.b.&lt;br /&gt; 1 base de pão-de-ló de compra&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PREPARAÇÃO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Coloque o leite ao lume até ferver.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto misture 85 grs de açúcar com os ovos inteiros e gemas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Verta depois sobre a mistura obtida o leite quente aos poucos e mexendo sempre.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leve ao lume em banho-maria continuando a mexer até engrossar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Retire e deixe arrefecer mexendo de vez em quando.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Coloque as folhas de gelatina de molho em água fria.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Descasque os kiwis reservando 1 para a decoração final, e corte os restantes em pedaços.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ponha-os num tachinho e junte-lhes o restante açúcar, leve ao lume brando, mexendo de vez em quando e deixe cozinhar até obter ponto de fio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nessa altura retire do lume e incorpore as folhas de gelatina escorridas, mexa muito bem até a gelatina se dissolver.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Misture este preparado no creme das gemas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicione o licor de kiwi e uma gota de corante.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;À parte bata 4dl de natas e envolva-as no creme.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leva-se a lata do leite evaporado a congelar durante várias horas, pois só assim ficará no ponto para se bater.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;  Faz-se entretanto uma gelatina, aproveitando a calda da lata da manga que se mistura com a àgua necessária à confecção da mesma. Deixa-se arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   Põe-se o leite evaporado (que deve estar congelado)numa taça e começa-se a bater com a batedeira, até ter o aspecto de claras em castelo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Preparação&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Demolhar as folhas de gelatina em água fria.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bater as natas em castelo.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Deitar o pessego escorrido, e a manga (ou ananás).&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Triturar até obter um puré. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Juntar o iogurte e o leite condensado. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Retirar um pouco deste preparado, juntar a gelatina e levar ao microondas para derreter.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Acrescentar o leite condensado. Demolhar as folhas de gelatinas na chávena de café e depois de dissolvidas juntar ao preparado anterior. q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;chantilly q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leve a derreter em banho-maria o chocolate com 2 colheres de sopa de água, assim que estiver bem derretido, retire do lume e adicione a margarina aos pedacinhos e vá sempre mexendo com uma colher de pau.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adicione ao preparado anterior que já /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6 ovos&lt;br /&gt;peso dos ovos de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;½ pesos dos ovos de farinha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 pudim mandarim (ou boca doce de caramelo, ou baunilha&lt;br /&gt;½ litro de leite&lt;br /&gt;3 colheres sopa de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de pêssego,ou morangos&lt;br /&gt;1 gelatina (tem de ser gelijá) de pêssego (ou morango)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Liga-se o forno a 180º.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Unta-se uma forma de aro amovivel grande que é para o bolo nao ficar alto ou entao um pirex que de para ir ao forno com manteiga e farinha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mistura-se as gemas com o açúcar, muito bem, depois batem-se as claras em castelo, bem firmes), e envolve-se ao preparado anterior, vai ao forno a cozer (cerca de ½ hora, porque é pão-de-ló, e para ficar fofinho não pode cozer muito).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto prepara-se o pudim, seguindo as instruções da embalagem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando o pão-de-ló estiver cozido, retira-se do forno e mete-se por cima o pudim, com a ajuda de um garfo, pica-se o bolo, de forma a que o bolo absorva todo o pudim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;De seguida, corta-se a fruta às rodelinhas (para ficar com aquele efeito das tartes, como costumamos ver nas pastelarias) e colocam-se por cima /&gt;150 gramas de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de chá de amido de milho&lt;br /&gt;5 ovos&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de gelatina em pó&lt;br /&gt;50 gramas de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;chantilly para decorar raspas ou granulado chocolate&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Parta os ovos separando as gemas das clara e reserve as claras.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque as gemas num recipiente e bata, adicione o açúcar, o amido de milho e a gelatina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Parta os palitos em pedaços.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Num fervedor ferva o leite com uma casca de limão. Retire a casca e junte o leite às gemas aos poucos.&lt;br /&gt;Leve o preparado anterior a lume brando para engrossar, mexendo sempre.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando já estiver grosso passe por um coador.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;À parte bata as claras em castelo, junte as 50 gramas de açúcar e torne a bater até ficarem bem firmes.&lt;br /&gt;Adicione então as gemas e envolva bem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque uma camada de palitos num tabuleiro e cubra com outra do preparado anterior, vá alternando até encher o tabuleiro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A última camada deve ser de /&gt;80 gramas de miolo de noz&lt;br /&gt;6 folhas de gelatina incolor&lt;br /&gt;300 ml de café solúvel preparado&lt;br /&gt;1 litro de natas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Demolhe as folhas de gelatina em água fria.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Num recipiente bata bem um litro de natas, adicione-lhes o açúcar aos poucos e continue a bater, até que fiquem firmes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Escorra as folhas de gelatina, adicione duas colheres de sopa das natas e leve ao lume em banho maria, até a gelatina derreter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Junte ao preparado anterior e mexa delicadamente para não deslaçar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deite numa forma tipo bolo inglês forrada com papel vegetal o preparado das natas alternando com a bolacha maria humedecida em café e salpicada com a noz ralada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A última camada deve ser de bolacha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leve ao frigorífico por 10 horas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando estiver totalmente solidificado, desenforme e cubra com as restantes natas batidas (100 ml) bolacha ralada a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Mantenha no frigorífico até natas&lt;br /&gt; 1 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;8 folhas de gelatina&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparar a gelatina de acordo as instruções da embalagem (a gelatina devesse fazer com a água da fruta).&lt;br /&gt;Cobrir uma forma sem buraco com o ananás cortado aos bocadinho., deitar a gelatina preparada sobre a fruta (deixar arrefecer um pouco).&lt;br /&gt; Levar ao frigorifico para solidificar. Entretanto bata as natas, junto o leite condensado e as folhas de gelatina previamente demolhadas em água e passadas por um pouco de leite morno para desfazer.&lt;br /&gt; Deite este preparado sobre a gelatina.
